While looking for something new to talk about, we came across a challenge being hosted by April at goodbooksandgoodwine.com. Â It is the 15 Day Book Blogging Challenge and topic number one is:
15 Book Related Confessions
So here they are…
1. We don’t LOVE classical literature. We don’t hate it but it isn’t at the top of our genre list.
2. We will typically try anything dystopian.
3. We have come to realize we can’t always trust everyone’s version of a “swoony boy”.
4. We always get super excited when authors tweet, email, interact with us.
5. We totally judge books by their covers – good or bad.
6. We usually have 3 or more books on our currently reading shelf – See, Erin has 5 and Jaime has 7.
  
7. We get nervous when we find out our favorite books will be made into movies
8. We own multiple versions of the same book just because they have different covers.
9. Jaime has been known to read the last chapter of a book before she starts it.Â
10. We don’t always believe the hype behind a book – just because everyone loves it, doesn’t mean we both will too.
 11. No matter how many times we meet our favorite authors, we still fangirl over them.
12. Even though our bookshelves are full, we continue to buy more books. Â Even after going to BEA and ALA, we just purchased these:
13. Editing doesn’t really bother us if the story is really good (we aren’t saying it is ok – we can just get past it for a good book).
14. We always hesitate when someone asks to borrow one of our favorite books.
15. We love a good romance / fluffy book every once in a while.
