We are so very excited to be a part of the blog tour for Obsidio by Jay Kristoff & Amie Kaufman. If you don’t already know this, we absolutely love this series and it’s so amazing to be able to share this last book with you all!Â
Obsidio on March 13, 2018Genres: Dating & Relationships, Romance, Science & Technology, Science Fiction, Suspense, Young Adult
Kady, Ezra, Hanna, and Nik narrowly escaped with their lives from the attacks on Heimdall station and now find themselves crammed with 2,000 refugees on the container ship, Mao. With the jump station destroyed and their resources scarce, the only option is to return to Kerenza—but who knows what they'll find seven months after the invasion?
Meanwhile, Kady's cousin, Asha, survived the initial BeiTech assault and has joined Kerenza's ragtag underground resistance. When Rhys—an old flame from Asha's past—reappears on Kerenza, the two find themselves on opposite sides of the conflict.
With time running out, a final battle will be waged on land and in space, heros will fall, and hearts will be broken.
Jaime’s Thoughts
You know what is the best AND worst feeling in the world?
Knowing that this series is complete.
It was the most fun and amazing ride … I loved the arcs within each book, I loved the characters we met within each story, I loved the unique and captivating way that Kaufman and Kristoff wrote these books and I can’t imagine not having another one to look forward to.
Like I said…best and worst.
I can give nothing away about this book so I’m going to keep this short and sweet. If you loved books 1 & 2 – you’re going to love every single second of the ride these authors take you on in Obsidio.
If you haven’t yet started this series… I don’t know what you’re waiting for at this point. This is an absolute favorite series and will definitely hold a place there forever. Additionally I highly, HIGHLY recommend the audio of this series as well. I know on release day I’ll be doing my reread via audio as soon as it’s available!
Thank you to the publisher for an early copy in exchange for my honest thoughts.
