If you are looking for a new fantasy series to pick up, consider grabbing Threats of Sky & Sea by Jennifer Ellision.  I had come across this first book in the trilogy and was immediately sucked into the world that Ellision created.  The interesting characters, the magic, and the fantastic world that these characters live in kept me turning the pages.  This series is complete now too so you can read all books back to back!
