WHADDA YA KNOW WEDNESDAY

You guys!! We have been having so much fun with this over the last few months and really hope you will join us this month! We started this a few months ago and have been having so much fun with it! Whadda Ya Know Wednesday will take place on the 3rd Wednesday of every month! We love interacting with all of you and we love talking books, book boys, and gushing over our favorite authors. We couldn’t think of a better way to do all of that than by combining all of those things, throwing in some awesome prizes, and having a blast while doing it! EVENTS

I feel like we have been hibernating and not going to a lot of author events recently but that is about to change! There were a few things that we were able to go to this month and we’re looking forward to a lot more hitting our calendars.

Brittany Cavallaro – A Study in Charlotte

Brittany did a Q&A and reading at Boswell Book Company this month and if you haven’t put this book on your TBR list change that now! Brittany was entertaining and had a lot of information on the world of Sherlock Holmes – I loved this book and if you enjoy a good mystery with some great characters, you will want to read this soon!

Kristen Simmons – The Glass Arrow

Kristen is one of our favorite people and when we found out she was going to be in Illinois, there was no way we were going to miss seeing her. We headed down to Anderson’s Bookshop and wandered downtown Naperville for a little while before we met up with Kristen. If you haven’t read any of her books you need to fix that right now. Kristen talked a bit about The Glass Arrow (Check out my review here) as well as her new book coming out in September, Metaltown. Trust us when we say you should all add this to your TBR list if it isn’t there already because it has fantastic characters and a story that will pull you in and make you forget anything else you might have to do.
