Some men are born responsible, some men have responsibility thrust upon them. Henry John Edgar Thomas Pembrook, Prince of Wessco, just got the motherlode of all responsibility dumped in his regal lap.
He’s not handling it well.
Hoping to help her grandson to rise to the occasion, Queen Lenora agrees to give him "space"—but while the Queen’s away, the Prince will play. After a chance meeting with an American television producer, Henry finally makes a decision all on his own:
Welcome to Matched: Royal Edition.
A reality TV dating game show featuring twenty of the world's most beautiful blue bloods gathered in the same castle. Only one will win the diamond tiara, only one will capture the handsome prince’s heart.
While Henry revels in the sexy, raunchy antics of the contestants as they fight, literally, for his affection, it’s the quiet, bespectacled girl in the corner—with the voice of an angel and a body that would tempt a saint—who catches his eye.
The more Henry gets to know Sarah Mirabelle Zinnia Von Titebottum, the more enamored he becomes of her simple beauty, her strength, her kind spirit... and her naughty sense of humor.
But Rome wasn’t built in a day—and irresponsible royals aren’t reformed overnight.
As he endeavors to right his wrongs, old words take on whole new meanings for the dashing Prince. Words like, Duty, Honor and most of all—Love.

First of all, can we talk about the cover lottery that Chase has won here… I look at these first two books and I find it hard to decide which one is better!
Henry was thrust into a world where he has to be respectable and responsible and he is nowhere near ready. When his brother Nicholas gives up his place in line as Prince of Wessco for love, Henry suddenly has to step up even if it’s the last thing he wants to do.
To say he’s not ready would be an understatement. Several public gaffes have Queen Lenora on edge and worried about the future of Wessco, but Henry’s brother Nicholas has all the confidence in the world in him and suggests the Queen give him the space to learn the ins and outs of the kingdom. Two weeks later, Henry finds himself banished to the middle of nowhere, otherwise known as Anthorp Castle.
Bored out of his mind, he suddenly remembers the American TV Producer he met a couple weeks earlier who wanted him to take part in a reality show…. Matched: Royal Edition.
Twenty young, beautiful, royals for Henry to pick from sounds like the perfect distraction from the mess that is his real life.
What Henry doesn’t count on is Sarah Mirabelle Zinnia Von Titebottum.
Sarah lives a bit of a predictable life and she’s happy with things the way they are. She loves her job at the library but when her boss springs a public speech on her, she has to figure out a way to get over her fear… and then the perfect opportunity arrives… an official Act of Royalty.
Sarah isn’t taking part in the show, but she’s there to keep an eye on her reckless sister. What she finds instead is a Prince Henry that is nothing like the public persona he shows the world.
Once again, Chase had me hook, line and sinker with this story. Henry isn’t this playboy prince that everyone thinks, he’s so much deeper than that and watching him and Sarah connect and bond and obviously get closer than either expected was so lovely.  Of course, Sarah has to watch on the sidelines while Henry goes on dates with 20 other gorgeous women and even though nothing is happening with them, she can’t help but wonder what exactly goes on when he’s alone with them.
Henry revels in the attention, but he can’t seem to get Sarah out of his mind.
Becoming the man and prince he’s supposed to be is harder than he could have imagined … but with Sarah as the prize he’s got to decide if she’s worth the hard work!
I adore Henry – I loved him in book 1 and I loved him in book 2 and I’ll love him in any and every future book too. He’s adorably irresponsible and crazy and sweet and I dare you to read this and not love him too.
Once again Chase has written a wonderfully fun story. From the drama with the royal ladies to the antics of Prince Henry you’ll be riveted to the pages. I will say that you wait quite a bit for the steam in this installment, but it’s so, so worth it.
Again, if you’re a fan of well-done, fun, sweet, sexy romance then this is a series for you. I am incredibly excited for the next book, and can’t wait to find out just who it’s about!
Thank you to the publisher for an early copy in exchange for my honest thoughts.
