Top Ten Bookish Type Things We Are Thankful For

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the awesome and wonderful people over at The Broke and The Bookish

This week we’re taking the day to share the things that we’re thankful for. We wanted to keep it in the book realm so these are the things that we are most appreciative of!

We’ll be honest, we love getting books early and sharing our thoughts and we’re thankful for the publishers and publicists that send us copies to read. We are ever so thankful to all of them!!

Followers!! We are thankful for each and every one of you – if you didn’t follow we wouldn’t have any reason to do this! So thank you!!

Goodreads – how the heck would we keep track of our books otherwise – Have you seen our bookshelves… It sure makes book life easier!!

Co-bloggers – couldn’t imagine doing this with only one person…those of you that do, kudos! I (jaime) am thankful that two wonderful people have joined me on this crazy blog!!

e-books – we love having a real book in our hands but when traveling, e-books are super handy…we have variety without having to carry all of them around.

Book Tours are something we’re super thankful for… If they didn’t happen, we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to flail in person all over our absolute favorite authors!!

Blogger friends – we love all the friends we have made along the way! – We have met so many people who have helped us in ways they probably don’t even realize.

I was complaining the other day about how authors need to stop writing amazing things because I’m running out of time to read everything and stickies to mark my favorite passages!! Of course I lie. I never want them to stop!

Book boyfriends are my favorite. It seems with every new book we read, there is another boy to add to our list. I’m not complaining about this … I’m quite thankful!

As much as we love doing this, we do appreciate the days that we have off … the days where we don’t pressure ourselves to get things read and posted and scheduled… and so we will be taking advantage of that this Thanksgiving! You won’t see a new post up from us on Thursday or Friday!
