Top Ten Historical Settings I Love

Jaime has officially bowed out of the topic this week which means we are talking about all things Historical! The topic is all about settings and I decided to share my top ten books that are set in Historical periods and/or locations I love. Check out my list below and let me know what you think!

Anything set in Tudor England

Some of my favorite historical books are set in this time and location. I don’t know what it is about both the era and England but if a book is set within this timeframe, there is a good chance that I will read the summary and want to read it.

Scotland

There’s just something about a highlander…that is all.

Russia

All I am going to say is if you haven’t read The Bronze Horseman…go get it now.

Victorian England

Even though this was a time period where girls/women were to be seen and not necessarily heard, I find that I enjoy reading books from this time period. I recently read some that had me wanting to read more.
