Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Kick Ass Book Girls

If you know us around here then you know that we love love love girls who kick ass! So here is a list of our favorite kick ass book girls! These are in no specific order because we love them all equally!

Alina takes on The Darkling and gets kisses from Mal!! We’re dying to get our hands on Ruin & Rising (arriving in June EEEEEP) so we can watch her kick some more ass!

Allison was tough before she became a vampire and she for sure was tough after. She carries a katana and isn’t afraid to use it!

Celaena is an assassin… isn’t that enough? Kidding – she knows how to kick ass and still manages to love cake and pretty girly things.

Gaby has been trying to figure out who she is and she is perfectly sarcastic and snarky. Mixed in with her ability to protect herself and those she cares about, you will probably like her just as much as we do!

Despite all the things that have happened to her, Karou still holds herself together. She will do anything for those she loves and isn’t afraid to put herself in danger to protect them. We are super excited to read book three to see what happens!!

All the girls in Sector 4 Kick Ass, but Lex more than any of them. She’s the queen of the sector and manages to not only keep those in the sector in line but also Dallas.

Lynn will do anything to survive… that includes killing if she has to. Lynn is one of the toughest girls I’ve read about!

Everything Penryn does (right or wrong) is for the people she wants to protect. She is tough and smart and she isn’t afraid to take on a few angels to save her sister.

One of the things we love most about this character is her growth. She goes from hiding her abilities and being afraid to show who she really is to being proud of her skills and willing to use them.

Wren!! I don’t even know what to tell you, but she was one of my favorite female characters that I read last year and I love what Tintera did with her. Plus… she gets to kiss Callum 🙂
